This Policy explains how Flowless collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our iOS/Android apps, web dashboard, website, and integrations.

2) Saudi Data Protection (PDPL)
We follow key PDPL-aligned principles: purpose limitation, data minimization, transparency, security, limited retention, and enabling data subject rights.
3) Where data is hosted
All Flowless servers are located in Saudi Arabia.
A limited, secure data exchange may occur with third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI/Groq) strictly to deliver AI features (see Section 10).
4) Data we collect
Provided by you: account/business info, settings, support requests, content you upload/create (contacts, messages, templates, media).
Collected automatically: device/app details, usage events, diagnostics/crash/performance.
From third parties (when connected): Meta/WhatsApp identifiers, tokens, permissions, and permitted account data.
5) WhatsApp message content & retention
Flowless stores message content and related media to provide the Service.
Customers can delete stored content within Flowless.
Default retention: up to 12 months if not deleted by the customer, plus limited technical/financial records longer where legally required.
6) Purposes
Operate the Service, enable integrations (WhatsApp/Meta), provide support, improve security/performance, billing/subscriptions, prevent abuse, and power AI features (Section 10).
7) Legal bases
Contract necessity, legitimate interests (security/improvement), consent (where required), and legal obligations.
8) Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share with:
Service providers (hosting, analytics/crash reporting, support, notifications)
Payments: Tap
WhatsApp providers: Dialog360 and/or Meta Cloud API
AI providers: OpenAI and Groq (Section 10)
Legal authorities when required; business transfers where applicable
9) Analytics & crash reporting
We may use analytics and crash reporting tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics/Crashlytics or similar) to improve reliability. Where applicable, you may control certain analytics via app/device settings.
10) AI features (OpenAI / Groq)
If AI features are enabled, limited portions of content may be processed by OpenAI/Groq to generate requested outputs. Data exchange is secured (encryption in transit, access controls) and minimized to what’s needed. You may disable AI features where available.
11) Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no system is 100% secure.
12) Your rights
